Pennington's Strawberry Rye may be great just shot straight up, but it's also very mixable, playing off the natural juicy flavors of strawberries and the spice of rye whiskey. This cocktail is no exception, getting a little bitterness from the addition of Aperol and the flavors of rhubarb bitters.



2 oz Pennington's Strawberry Rye Whiskey

.5 oz Aperol

.25 oz Roses's Lime

3 dashes rhubarb bitters


In a cocktail mixing glass with ice, add ingredients and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with ice and serve.
