Vanilla Rye Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground clove
4 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup Pennington's Vanilla Rye Whiskey
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 425.

With a mixer, cream together sugar, cinnamon, ginger, clove, and cream cheese. Add eggs and mix to combine. Add pumpkin, evaporated milk, and whiskey. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and continue baking for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before serving.

6 oz apple cider

Heat apple cider and add whiskey

1.5 oz Collins Cordials Coffee

Shake together over ice and strain into a cocktail  glass

4 oz lemon-lime soda

.5 oz sweet vermouth

1 oz Luxardo

.25 oz absinthe

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass

2 orange slices

1 maraschino cherry

small splash water

3 dashes bitters

Muddle orange, cherry, bitters, and water in a rocks glass.  Fill with ice and add whiskey.

1 oz lemon juice

4 oz ginger beer

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice

add whiskey to hot coffee and top with whipped cream

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

1 oz ginger syrup

4-6 fresh mint leaves

.5 oz lemon juice

2-3 dashes bitters

4 oz soda water

Muddle mint leaves and ginger syrup.  Add whiskey, lemon juice, bitters, and ice.  Top with soda water
